Method:

  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter into each prepared muffin cup, fold the 1 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries in the remaining batter. Divide the strawberries evenly into all the muffin cups. If required sprinkle 2tbsp granulated sugar on top of the muffins.
  • In the last step, bake it for 20-25 minutes. Take a toothpick and check if the muffins are ready by inserting it inside the cup. If the wooden stick comes out clean, it means your muffin is ready to eat. Let the dish cool in the tin itself for about 10 minutes.
