The film which started making in 2017 Sandeep and Pinky Faraar have finally hit the theatres. This is Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra’s third film together. The story begins with a shootout. That shootout was planned for banker Sandeep Walia aka Sandy (Parineeti Chopra). But satinder dahiya aka Pinky (Arjun Kapoor) ‘s intelligence saves her. Pinky is suspended from Haryana Police, she wants her job back. At the behest of his senior tyagi (Jaideep Ahlawat), he is about to take Sandy to the place he has told him that the car ahead of him is attacked.
Pinky understands that the attack was about to take place on Sandy. Pinky takes Sandy to Pithoragarh near the Indo-Nepal border from where the two plan to go to Nepal. Khosla’s nest, Oe Lucky! Lucky Oe! Dibakar, who has directed films like The Film, has directed the film. They also have good story and expectations of direction. The plot of his story was good, in which banker Sandy commits a big scam through a scheme to save his bank, so his boss wants to get him out of the way so that the scam is not exposed.
The 20-25 minutes of the first part of the film keeps you tied to the story as to what is going to happen now. But then the story begins to open and then disintegrates. The bank’s scams are not explored by the dibakars, nor do they show the seriousness of that scam in the climax. It is only in parineeti’s jail dialogues that she is eliminated. There are many characters in the film who look interesting in the story but then disappear from the film. Arjun’s character also has no previous story, for example, why Pinki has been suspended from haryana police, why he is helping an unknown girl.
Parineeti’s work in the film is commendable. From beginning to end she is introtrowith her performance. He tried to handle the superficial story with his performance. Arjun Kapoor plays his character but his weight gain is as good as the character. His look in the climax will be staggering. Jaideep Ahlawat’s character looks very weak. Elderly couple Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav leave an impact in small roles suffering from bank scam.
Raghubir’s dialogue is in the family, why do you work, Mr. works or points to patriarchal ideology. On the other hand, the importance of living in the midst of cleanliness during pregnancy Parineeti reveals through a dialogue that 30 per cent of children in the country die in the mother’s stomach due to infection. The film talks about many issues but no issue has reached the end. The location of Pithoragarh near the Indo-Nepal border looks new. Anu Malik’s voice sings absconding… The song does not leave an impact.
